In those days, there were false teachers spreading false doctrines and misleading many people. That's why Paul encouraged believers to study the word of God diligently and carefully. Paul made it clear that spiritual gifts come from the Holy Spirit, not something we should try to earn or seek on our own. Instead, we should use the gifts God has already given us to serve each other and strengthen, and build up the church.![]()
In the church, there are many different kinds of gifts, ministries, and activities. God has given each of us unique gifts to use. Some people may have more gifts than others, but each gift is important. We should use our gifts according to our calling. If God has called you to be a teacher, preacher, giver, singer, musician, encourager, comforter, counselor...so on, embrace that role. However, avoid trying to use gifts that are not yours, as it could hinder rather than help the church.

1. Begin with an Event: Use a significant event as your starting point, as seen in Acts 2:12-41. This could be an occasion or circumstance that naturally opens the door for sharing.![]()

2. Share a Personal Testimony: Talk about an answered prayer or a miracle, whether it happened to you or someone else. Let the Holy Spirit guide you, just as Philip was led into the desert to meet the Ethiopian eunuch (Acts 8:26-38).![]()

3.Meet People Where They Are: Start by understanding where the person is on their life journey. For example, the eunuch was reading from the book of Isaiah when Philip approached him (Acts 8:28). Tailor your approach to the personโs current situation.![]()

4. Seek Receptive Hearts: Look for those who are open to the faith, as Peter did with Cornelius in Acts 10. ![]()

Ministry is a privilege from the grace of God.![]()
Ministry is not just one builder. Care is need to minister well. The Foundation is Christ not the builder.![]()
If the work survives, that builder will receive a reward. But if the work is burned up, the builder will suffer great loss. The builder will be saved, but like someone barely escaping through a wall of flames.

Paul and Apollos were not rivals but co-workers in God's field. Each had a role to play: Paul planted the seed of the Gospel, and Apollos watered it. But ultimately, it was God who made it grow. God has given all of us the spirituals gifts and talents to play role in God's field. We are not rivals but we are co-workers in God's field. When we play our parts in the church, God will bless and make them grow.![]()
God gives us the amazing opportunity to work with Him. We cannot work without Him, and He will not work without us. God wants you as His working partner.

A Spirit-filled community brings unity. A Spirit-filled community addresses the needs of others. A Spirit-filled community fosters selflessness. A Spirit-filled community encourages generosity. ![]()
Caring for the needy in a voluntary way is the result of transformation by Godโs Spirit. When believers voluntarily and selflessly share their resources with others in need, they do this not because they have to or because they are pressured to do so, but because they want to help other who need help. ![]()
Today you might be spiritually poor, and you may face the real problems like poverty, captivity, blindness, depression and oppression or any kind of problems in your family or personal life. Remember that Jesus is still on His mission helping your suffering and problems. Jesus is till on His business to heal your spiritual and physical needs.
